Search by floor plan or time line
Car parking bays can be searched by using a graphical floor plan and by time line view, ensuring users know exactly where and when their parking space has been allocated. Search results can be filtered using pre-defined criteria such as parking level, size, or spaces suitable for disabled access. Floorplans and resources can even be easliy imported into Workspace Manager from a CAD drawing.
Give your visitors re-assurance with a pre-booked parking space
Reserving a car parking space for your visitors will save them time and give them re-assurance, helping them to arrive on time ready for their meeting. By entering their details into Workspace Manager at the time of booking, they will automatically receive a reservation confirmation advising them where to park and how to check-in on arrival. In addition, reservation reminders can be sent to the user or visitor by text message or email.
Schedule staff car pools
As well as visitor parking, Workspace Manager can manage your employees parking needs. You may wish to give priority to company car pools so staff are encouraged to share their journey with a colleague which, whilst saving them money, will also have a positive effect on the environment.
Manage shared parking spaces
The car parking management system can schedule both staff parking and visitor parking in one, shared car park. Employees favourite parking spaces can be taken off-line whilst they are in use and the space can be put on-line to be used for visitors whilst the staff member is on holiday, or out of the office.
Maximise utilisation
The car park booking system is closely integrated with our visitor management system. As soon as the visitor checks out at reception, the parking space is released ready for the next reservation. Workspace Manager may be configured to release parking spaces where the visitor or employee has not checked in, allowing others to utilise the parking space immediately.
Configurable business rules
The car parking booking software may be configured to enforce specific booking rules for car parking. For example, you may wish to limit how many hours a day or a week someone may park, or allow only certain users to park in bays with disabled access.
Car park access control system integration
Workspace Manager can be configured to integrate with your car parking security barrier system and can include automatic check-in using Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology.
