What is an Alternative Workspace Strategy?

An Alternative Workspace Strategy is implemented in hopes of reducing office space, desks, or workspace an organisation has in it's offices. In order to do this many organisations create an Alternative Workspace Strategy that includes hoteling, hotdesking, telecommuting, and the use of real estate business intelligence data.
